Windows VPS - East Coast
Hi,
for a new project I need a low budget Windows VPS on East Coast (Buffalo could be OK too) with these specs:
- At least 3 cores, better if E3 or around 3Ghz
- 4GB RAM (I may increase it in future)
- At least 50/60 GB Disk Space RAID protected (as above) at least SSD Cached, better if pure SSD
- Windows Server 2012R2, better if license is included but I can bring my own license if it helps to keep price low
- 1 IPV4, better if IPV6 available
- I cannot size bandwidth now, but I think 500GB/month should suffice
Budget (a bit flexible depending on what offered) is around 15$/month, I can pay annually after 1 month test (obviously I'll pay for that month, I don't want it free).

From your website I don't seee any east coast locations..
Plan it's interesting and perfectly fits my needs, but unfortunately Tampa seems to have higher latency to Europe than NYC\NJ\Washington DC and it's also higher than Buffalo.
Location it's ok, but VPS are out of budget (discounted ECN is 35$)
