I need minimum 2GB RAM (more would be good) , 20GB or more SSD Storage, good network (100Mbps is fine but no OVH please), 1TB or more monthly bandwidth.
Will pay for a year ... primary budget $60.00 USD /year but can increase budget depending on the offer.
