@Jack said: Thought you didn't like people 'proxying' on OVZ?

Reverse proxies for websites are ok, we don't want people using VPNs or whatever for game servers and such (not like we can really stop them but game servers tend to get nullrouted rather quickly if they are prone to DDOSes in the first place). We also lowered our bandwidth for our DDOS Protected plans so they can't chew through 500GB at $3/month anymore. We don't mind people protecting their website/service hosted elsewhere, but the whole point of these plans was to for individuals and not so a company can protect their whole network with them (and some have tried, we had a custom request for a VPS to protect half a dozen cabinets).

  • Congrats on new location!

For people who needs more disk space, but happy with 256MB, can purchase just more disk?

@jcaleb I'm pretty sure I saw it on the order form, to add extra disk or HDD.

Nice disk speed and very good network speeds (except for one US DC, but that's not on your end.)

Plus a network connection of 15 / 20 ms depending on if I use my CenturyTel or Comcast Connection, with few hops. Nice network there at Handy.

Modified version of freevps's test, I/O speeds are taken at the beginning of the test, middle, and finally at the end before the results.

Thanks bro. I didn't knew it before. It's been almost a year since I ordered my current LEB with them.

Edit: Checked it, it's something like 30 something cents per GB.

Bunch of little goodies on there actually...

Wish there was one for extra core(s)

Yup, like Kris said we have that on the order form (or you can upgrade in the Client Area later if needed). It's $0.50/month per 1GB of disk space.

@Kris said: Wish there was one for extra core(s)

You can purchase additional cores for $3/core up to 3 extra. We are working on a solution for clients who need more processing power but it won't be in the LEB price range. :(
