Hey folks,

most of you are surely aware of LET running a helpdesk under https://support.lowend.io/.
I just had a look at the statistics there and saw that @Ishaq answered and took care of 82% of all tickets that we have received during 2016. And there were lots of them.

That is an enormous amount of work in his spare time, all on top of the general Admin and Moderation tasks here. Most of you might not be aware of how much @Ishaq (besides @jarland, of course) is doing for the community in the not well illuminated background. One should tell you. Here we go! ;-)
