Looking for a /27 -/25 from an LIR
hello guys Ive been looking to lease or rent a small amount of ip's to use for my proxy server.
I want to use an LIR to get these Ip's because places like this https://bgpview.io/asn/203661 s are offering ip's for .2$/ a month, but the minimum amount to buy is a /24, now that is too many Ip's for me so I cannot buy it. I want to connect the Ip's I buy to my vps.

/24 is minimum because most upstreams will filter smaller prefix announcements.
