Test AD delivery need so much IPs

    So you want to get 4x /24 on a blacklist of these ad systems, and cancel when the 'project is finished' ;-)?

    Do it on your own dime. Become an APNIC member or buy subnets and announce them with a provider so you'll bear all the consequences.

    its sounds like traffic exchange for me. most providers wont accept such things.
