Cheap KVM in Europe 1-2GB of RAM with small disk
VZ Type: KVM although OpenVZ will do if need be
Number of Cores: 2+
RAM: 1GB - 2GB at least
Disk Space: 5GB+
Disk Type: SSD
Bandwidth: 50GB
Port Speed: Gigabit preferably
DDoS Protection: No
Number of IPs: 1
Location: UK, Netherlands or Luxembourg (anywhere with a low ping to these places)
Budget: $4 or less
Billing period: Monthly or Quarterly and Yearly with discounts :P
Only thing the server is needed for is for a small MariaDB install to take the load of my other servers, there won't be much traffic but stability needs to be good. Was hoping for one of @Francisco slices but they're not in Luxembourg yet so I need to find an alternative.

You should check out our most recent LowEndBox offer.
There's an OpenVZ plan that definitely meets your requirements if you don't mind paying annually, assuming your budget is monthly. Located in Frankfurt. Then there's a KVM plan that comes very close if you don't mind paying a dollar more, although it's currently sold out in that location. Send a message over and I'll bump up your processing power, if you do end up going with us.
The budget for the Luxembourg location is low.

We would have been able to do this in NL but we don't use SSD.
Arubacloud, https://www.arubacloud.com/
VMware,1 vcpu, 2gb ram, 20gb SSD for 1 euro/month
Never seen a better deal.
@luper769 It gives 1 GB of RAM, not 2 GB. The CPU they used is like shit. User panel crashes occasionally. Although I can not live in a country that is a member of the European Union, it is getting ridiculous taxpayers.
Its only 1gb ram
Yeah, that was a typo, sorry
i had good experience with cz location and the panel worked fine. No cpu complains where with geekbench it gives - Single-core Score Multi-core Score [ 2446 2349 ]
no idea where can you find such a deal with just 1 euro.
+1 for VirMach.
We've just launched our KVM in NL, check our latest offer for 1GB KVM's with free wildcard ssl's and free ddos protection.
I can do it with 2x 3.5Ghz vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 10 GB SSD, 500 GB @ 1gbps for 4 EUR / month. We are in Frankfurt, Germany and offer Voxility Anti DDoS by default. Let me know if I should create you an order URL. :-)
2GB SSD KVM for $4/m (without VAT) in NL https://www.providerservice.com/products/cloud-server/ LG http://lg.ams.nl.ultravps.eu/
1GB $3.6/m hourly billed SSD OVZ in UK and 2GB one if $5 is still acceptable https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/91160/aboveclouds-scalable-cloud-hosting-pure-ssd-custom-control-panel-hourly-billing
Their 2GB slice have never been within your budget.
The 1GB server was but it's not in the location I need yet.
Is there a 1GB version of the Special KVM 2GB?
Thanks for the offers so far guys, much appreciated.
Got it, the point is I thought the min RAM amount is 2GB. I'd suggest you add some paragraphs in the initial post.
Hexodo - 1GB/20GB-SSD/1TB KVM for $4/m in NL (SmartDC)
GinerNet - 1GB/10GB-SSD/200GB OVZ for €8/qr in ES
Will do that now thanks!
Not with the amount of cpu you wanted.
@rocket you should contact @anthonysmith his inception hosting has ovz from 2 euros in nl
IH doesn't utilize SSD storage.
If DE is near enough to there, Hetzner CX10 at 3.9 euros seems pretty nice (1GB ram, 25GB SSD, plenty of traffic):
https://www.hetzner.de/us/hosting/produkte_vserver/cx10
That is true but in the UK it is 6 disk SAS Raid 10 + 2 x 512GB SSD under cachecade which will trounce most consumer grade SSD raid 1/5/6 setups that a lot of hosts utilize.
The cache setup is pretty huge though. My gitlab flies on UK-kVM2.
we can do the following:
1GB Memory
15GB Pure SSD
4 vCPU Fair Use
2.66 GHz* CPU Speed
Unmetered Bandwidth
1 IPv4 Address
Anti-DDoS Protection
Xen HVM Virtualization
£5.00/mo
