High-Resource NAT VPS?
Hey guys,
I have been looking for a high resource NAT VPS. Details below.
VZ Type: Probably OpenVZ, but ANYTHING WORKS
Number of Cores: 1+
RAM: 512MB+
Disk Space: At least 15x multiple of RAM (e.g 512MB of RAM = .5GB * 15 = 7.5GB disk, 1GB RAM * 15 = 15GB Disk)
Disk Type: ANY!
Bandwidth: 1TB+
Port Speed: 100Mbit/s+
DDoS Protection: No
Number of IPs: At least 1 IPv6, NAT IPv4 or No IPv4
Location: Prefer Europe, but anything works
Budget: No more than $1.25/Month/GB of RAM
Billing period: Monthly or Quarterly or Semi Annually - Can pay with Bitcoin or credit card because PayPal fees suck

Sounds like a waste of money to go NAT. Arubacloud is 1 Eur/mo with IPv4 & a /64 of v6. Nails all your specs. You can pre-load it with 1/3/6 months of credit.

If you really need a 0.5GB NAT VM, check https://i-83.net/ and https://www.deepnetsolutions.com/nat-vps.html Almost all NAT offers I know are provided on annual payment cycle. These options are no exception. The only exception is KVM NAT https://clients.inceptionhosting.com/cart.php?gid=19
i-83 only goes up to 512MB and is outside the price spec, though it has 25GB of storage.
Deepnet goes up to 1024MB and is in the price spec, but is below the storage spec since it only has 7GB.
If you don't mind ipv4 (not sure of the ipv6 situation) then check the Scaleway cloud servers: https://www.scaleway.com/pricing/
The biggest one (8gb ram, 200gb ssd, 6 Atom cores, 10 euro/month) is within all the specs. The smaller ones go outside it slightly on ram per dollar.
Wishosting?
I think @exception0x876 will let you combine two of his OpenVZ Mini plan.
Only on a case-by-case basis https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/1917569/#Comment_1917569 and @karatekidmonkey is well aware of that.
@Harambe I've had poor experiences with them (constant downtime, slow i/o and/or network, etc), but for the price point...
I don't have an issue with slightly less disk (after all I can setup sshfs on the NAT storage VPS I picked up from i83 on Black Friday), probably gonna grab one of those....
Didn't think of that, will ticket him
Thanks so much for all the suggestions
