IMPORTANT:
3 - 5 additional IPv4 <= $1 per IP per month. IP must be announced in target city.
PRIORITY Locations: Orlando FL, Jacksonville FL, Tampa Bay FL, Baltimore MD, Boston MA, Portland ME, Las Vegas NV, Los Angeles CA, San Diego CA, San Jose CA,
Use case: Proxy server. Port 25 block is ok.
