[Request] Cheap VPS on the east coast to be used as VPN/proxy (< $12/y)

Hi

I'm looking for a cheap VPS on the US East Coast, that I can use as VPN/proxy to circumvent some geo restrictions. The most important thing is the peering to Europe. I've tried a couple of VPN providers but they were either more expensive than I'd like or had terrible peering, < 2 MB/s.

I won't be using it a lot, hence I'm looking for something cheap. BW should be ~500 GB/mo just to be safe, but I'm guessing I will barely reach 200 GB. I will have at most 2 clients connected at any one time.
Being able to pay with BTC is a plus, but not a requirement.

@VirMach had some Black Friday offers for their NJ/Piscataway location.

I think that's a cheap enough (annually priced) VPS and AFAIK, it has very good latency to Europe.

See: http://nj.lg.virmach.com/ if that helps latency wise.

I think this is better (in general) than Buffalo for Europe.
