Hello everyone, you should check your OVH Kimsufi bills this month. I got billed 3 times for 1 server. After second bill I opened a ticket with support and they said they were sorry for the error and just after that I get billed a third time.....WTF is going on with OVH ?! Anybody got this issue as well ?

I got billed twice at SYS and KS, I called them over the phone and they said they reversed the extra bills, but it would take 5 business days for them to process the refund via paypal. I canceled the paypal billing agreement just in case they would try to charge more. Seems like I wasn't wrong as some people got billed three times.

DM me your case. There is probably a bug with the paypal in auto renew, let's fix itOkay then.
I always cancel those things on signup and just pay manually.
the Kimsufi french site doesnt let you not have an active paypal agreement.
Nope, have 4 cloud vps with OVH. Got billed only once.

Sadly there is no way(as far as I can tell) to switch SYS/KS back to manual billing after they forced automatic renewal on people two-ish years ago.
