my dell kvm not show insert media ?

hi,
i'm buy new dell c1100 dedicated server and i'm connect to my remote controller, and download kvm. i'm open my kvm but insert media not show. what am i doing ? whats your recommendation?

What license do you have for it? I think I remember an additional license being needed to add virtual media functionality, if it doesn't show anywhere in the web interface either. Keys are floating around on Google as usual.
