shaping all my traffic?

Does anyone know how I can limit all my outgoing traffic per connection?

trying to limit users to X bandie

    To every ip that likes to hang around (IF specifying the port is a must then I guess 1723 would be it)

    Well obviously if you have a 100Mbps port that's going to be the limit.
    And if you have five VPS's, in SolusVM you can set ten each, that adds up to 50Mbps. Just for an example!
