I can't tell which product you are referring to directly, but I have had pretty good support and service with them. Hassan was awesome enough to set me up with a custom build for $5/mo during Black Friday. Their KVMs are nice, and the OpenVZ hosts are generally good, even if I have noticed annoying (but somewhat expected) I/O lag with VZ2.LA.
