why is Softaculous limited to only 7 backups? Support said its because of disk space?? Its space i paid for so i should be able to decide if i wanna use some for those backups. Its inherently silly to limit them...so i have to explain it to my clients too. Every other company i've been with does not limit these!
It's a global limitation. Offsite backups will soon be available using JetBackup so high retention Softaculous backups won't be necessary.

That server in particular, we have an issue and are contacting LetsEncrypt over it.

We do not use Apache any longer. We use LSWS which is very fast by itself.
