QuadHost - Looking for a VPS pool provider

Hello,
Im looking for a vps pool and i found QuadHost. Can't find any reviews from google. Anyone kindly share your experiences with QuadHost or suggest other pool vps provider. Thank you!
Budget from $4 - $10 but still depends on the resources also with ddos protection.
Preferred locations will be US(LA), Canada(OVH)

We have KVM servers in Canada with OVH, which specs are you looking for within that price range?
He isn't looking for a traditional KVM VPS. He wants a KVM resource pool. This is actually something we offer, but not on the west coast

EDIT: Not sure if it's KVM.
It seems HostMyBytes still offers OVZ pool in OVH FR/CA.
Their VDR pool is based on OpenVZ and come with no any DDoS protection as I remember.

or Dediserve (Kvm fast cpu in dallas2 with psychz)
I use QuadHost, the server with a dedicated IP I have there has been great so far (2-3 months I think?).
I have a NAT VPS too which is great for the price, it drops connectivity every now and then but I assume it's from a DDOS on the shared IP.
Overall it's pretty good for the price, I recommend them.

i have a quadhost VPS in Varna for BGP, VPS works, Support response times ~ but it is a speciality setup and free so not complaining.
