Searching For Fast Linux VPS.

Searching for a very fast Linux VPS for a VPN, with 30-40 users connected at once using PPTP. It'll be used for general browsing, small-medium downloads, videos etc. No abuse would be taking place on the VPS.
So I'm not looking for a very big VPS, and I want it to be based in the UK, to get optimum speeds for my users.
Specifications:
RAM: 1 GB
Disk: 10-50 GB
CPU: 1 Core @2.7 GHz +
Bandwidth: Unlimited @1 GBps Port (Some type of DDoS Protection if available)
Location: United Kingdom (I live in London)
OS: Ubuntu
Will be running PPTP, and have 30+ Users connected daily.
Budget: $2/mo

OVH would be your best bet, or someone using them. While you can get unlimited gigabit in the UK, it won't be the best quality at that price.

Virtono was provides 5Tb on 1Gbps in UK or Unlimited on 100mbps few days ago, but looks like now changed for only 1Tb per month
