Why can you use only use 1 or 2? You don't need a /22?
Well if you really have no need, then you should probably return them :-).
But if you want to make some money then sure, you can lease them out.

Class C is out dated. The correct term would be 2x /24. I think @Waldo19 just misunderstood.
Yea, you can't really return 2 /24 anyway as your allocation is a /22.
Offset LIR account cost with it; it's what everyone does anyway.
