Not sure if that was sarcasm or not but just stating the obvious SolusVM aren't even VAT registered, whereas from what I heard following the WHMCS leak, Matt is sitting on a goldmine.
I suppose it also has to do with when the software was released as well - WHMCS has been around for so much longer than SolusVM that they obviously have built up a reputation, customer base and code base.

We are lucky enough to be exempt from VAT. Not sure if that's going to be the case this year though.
