DDOS Protected VPS in AU
Hello,
Looking for a DDOS protected VPS provider in AU. Would be using the VPS for running DNS. So needs quality network and uptime.
1Core/1GB/20GB should be enough (or more). Needs to be KVM/Xen. No OpenVZ VPS.
If there is any premium DNS service that works with cPanel (ie integrated to it) then I can go for that well.
Doesn't need to be a Low end vps. But since I dont need high spec, it should have a reasonable price.
Thanks

@Oliver (Ransomit.com.au) should be able to help you out in Sydney or Melbourne.
OVH are releasing in Australia soon. https://www.ovh.com/us/discover/
Fairly sure it's just backhauled through the USA, no?
Francisco
@Umair feel free to contact me - depending on your protection level required have a few different options in Sydney or Melbourne.
Regards,
Oliver
+1 for Ransom IT
Thanks all who recommended my services by the way. :-)
i would assume so, im still waiting for a test IP.
Any other providers ???
Just looking for all the possible options I can have.
OVH NEW SEVER AT AU
I'll have KVM AU servers soon, though plans start at 2GB RAM, $16/m (without promotion, of course.)
RansomIT is pretty much always the winner though for AU/NZ, everyone knows that.
Lol, please read..
Love those severs!
No sewers?
+1 For @Oliver
@Oliver seems to have this one under control
Well, seems this guy @Oliver rocks. I believe issue closed
I have everything under control. ;-)
+1 for RansomIT. Have a Melbourne VPS for close to a year now and have had no issues at all.
Currently running a teamspeak server and its uptime is almost the amount of time I've had the VPS: Uptime:298 days 18 hours 52 minutes 4 seconds
Couldn't recommend enough!
+1 for @Oliver / RansomIT had a server for 3 years now with only 1 brief outage (which was a scheduled maintenance, had issues booting back up after. Issue was resolved in 10 mins via ticket).
If only the residential ISPs here in Australia did, absolutely rubbish
As soon as @ovh get their shit together and release servers and IP's in the AU location, we'll be offering there. Pricing is looking to be the same as our other locations, but there will be a bandwidth limit
Hahahaha you're not wrong there @ATHK !
Support the NBN they said, it'd make things better they said...... >_<
