who?
@Clouvider web is up but my vps down...
3 day down and no respon from staff
Which location? My London i83 vps seems to be inaccessible for at least the past 6 hours via IPV4(NAT). IPV6 is working for ssh and web. I put in a ticket and also messaged @i83 on here.
my location on NZ.... via ipv4(NAT)
and 3 day not working.....
The network of the India location was was down for more than 12 hrs just two days ago. Network outages are becoming very frequent.
@cinwie, @eyeballer @chinmoy
Do you have a ticket numbers for me to escalate and investigate where necessary?
NZ has issues at present that we are resolving asap, everywhere else is showing as operating as normal.
I have had similar issues with my NZ NAT VPS's (Both have been down down for almost 2 days now) - Although they've been slow in responding, support have been pretty honest/open in admitting they know there is a problem, and that they are working on it.
Paired with the price, I can't complain.
My other NAT VPS's with them in London and NC are fine.
What vps? Is it a NAT 3$ per year vps?
It's back up this morning. Again, for me the issue was only affecting ipv4 access. The vm was up and accessible via ipv6. Will pm the ticket for reference.
I will add that my London NAT VPS has also been experiencing long downtimes with my uptime monitor showing two outages lasting around 7 hours this week. There have been small downtimes in the past but I haven't really minded considering the price.
When it is down, however, so is the website and the management portal. I have created a ticket #891180 but there has been no response for a few days although once again that's not really an issue considering the price.
We rented a dedicated server in their Enfield based DC and I can confirm packet loss and even short downtimes.
Their website also had some outages.
This is going on for quite a while now.
I’m not an expert on this matter, but it could be possible that their network is under regular DDoS attacks.
Probably their DDoS protection measures are not capable to fend them. Not really sure about that.
Hope they will answer our ticket and, of course, above all fix those issues a.s.a.p.
Who did you bought it from @Anthony2016 ?
@quadhost: We opened two tickets: #972505 & #923287.
Can you please have a look at it?
It might sound harsh, but we pay nearly twice as much compared with the Xeon E3-1230V2 from bandwidth.co.uk/dedicated-servers, so if the network problems can't be fixed reliably, we'll have to move to a different hosting provider, because we do get a lot of tickets from our users, complaining about the issues described above.
