Looking for LA, non-QuadraNet, annual VPS.
Hi LET,
I'm looking for a small box with the following requirements.
located in Los Angeles.
any network that's not QuadraNet. I'm having terrible timeouts with it.
no DDoS protection cause it adds a bit latency.
accepts bitcoin.
CPU & RAM don't matter.
1 IPv4, preferably dedicated.
has test IP.
Budget is $10 yearly.

You can try Hostodo, I don't have any experiences with them but their offer is good, however the lowest offer is $12/year. @Hassan
@Ishaq 's BudgetNode brand comes to mind, which utilises QuickPacket for their LA location
Edit: I am their customer, have a $12 yearly plan for two months, and everything solid so far
Yeah, the offer is good but he doesn't want a DDoS Protection due to the latency issue, I'm not pretty sure about this... but maybe when the DDoS protection is pooled(As far as I know).
If you have wiggle room in your budget, I'd go with Ramnode. http://lg.la.ramnode.com/
With the 10% off coupon on the homepage, the small OVZ SSD box is $13.50/yr.
@Hassan I can't find $12 plan on your web page. Do you have a link and test ip?
They don't mention LA has DDoS protection or not so I assume it's not. But the initial ping didn't yield good results for me.
RamNode LLC network is not a QuadraNet block, right? I want to make sure it's not QuadraNet.
No.

virmach kvm is good.
Sorry, we use Quadranet
Test IP: la.hostodo.com
Tested pinging all the suggested providers.
RamNode network looks most promising.
I'll wait Black Friday if there's any deal from him.
So you chose to wait for 30 cents per month...
Just FYI a good time back RamNode just dropped their prices as low as they were willing to and stopped providing discount codes. I highly doubt your gonna see anything special from them on Black Friday, their prices are already super low for the quality you get. If you need a VM just go ahead and buy one.
my 2 cents.
Cheers!
A short Google search seems to agree with you @TheLinuxBug.
I'll buy one soon.
