i need a VPS for a VPN based on a LINUX VPS well i would like to watch streams etc. download a few things.
The VPS must have a few of this specs.
-> Location : New Zelland or a good location for anonymity filesharing or for watching streams xxx etc. no usa no german or no europe
-> Price Montly 1,50 or arround 20 Dollar Annualy
-> Good privacy and 500-1 TB Bandwith

Not sure why you picked NZ in particular, streaming/downloading copyrighted material as well as uploading is illegal (https://www.consumer.org.nz/articles/copyright-law#article-file-sharing)
Anyway considering what you wrote you're going to use it for and I suppose it's for persona use, any location will do fine. Look for a provider that won't suspend you directly for DMCA/copyright notice in case you get one. Plenty of options there, pick someone with a good connection to you.
