Renting a /24 subnet for a VPN service

Can anyone offer a /24 subnet for our new VPN server hosted at WorldStream (AS49981) in the Netherlands?
After the first month we can pay half a year in advance, either with Bitcoins or VISA.
We can take a /24 from RIPE or any other RIR. If the subnet isn't from RIPE, we need a LoA though.

We can rent a /24 for relatively cheap if you take a server from our London location - https://zare.com
It's like server roulette.
Have you tried contacting WS directly, try their live chat on the website, you'll get a good deal if you haggle.
