Looking for a small vm(KVM or Xen) in the west coastal of US
Hello,
I'm looking for a vm (KVM or Xen) in the west coastal of US(LA or Phoenix preferred).
I need more than 256M ram and 500G bandwidth. Space is not a problem as I plan to use it as a personal VPN.
My budget would not exceed $15/y. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you intend to use it for VPN, any reason why you want KVM? OVZ will be cheaper and faster most of the time with a reliable provider.
As I would like to setup an L2TP VPN and a lot of OpenVZ containers doesn't have IPSEC built in the kernel and I don't want to use strongswan as it's somehow complicated.
If your OpenVZ has no problem with L2TP then I would be very interested. Do you provide 1 or 2 days free trial? Thanks.
