We don't have plans in EU yet, it'll be another month or so.
You'd be looking at $10/month for 2GB RAM, 40G storage, DDOS protection. We'll be going fair share unmetered in November too.

Use less than 30GB in a Windows VPS and you'll have a hard time with updates
Agreed, that's why we update templates every once in a while so they're patched to the latest stuff. Windows 2008 requires like 20GB+ of space just for updates/etc if you're installing on a completely virgin box.
