Looking for high-end VPS
I'm looking for high-end VPS but only see offers here for low ends specs. Asking for:
8GB w/ swap, 4 or more cores (no Intel Atom), 300GB HD or 100GB SSD, at least 8TB of transfer (unlimited will be nice), 1Gbps port, 1 IPv4. Preferably in US or Canada, but open to other locations with good ping/speed.
Willing to pay $8/month or $80/year.

I'm not a provider, but that looks like an awful lot to ask for $8/month. May be that's why you don't see offers like that.
Buy a 2Gig ram kimsufi, install openvz and allocate yourself 8GB RAM

This looks very good, but I haven't pulled the trigger because to get $8/month you have to pay annually.
Any other offers?
I personally recommend you to stay away from any host who provides you with a VPS with those specs in that budget, Because you won't find any reliable provider in that price.
Good hardware, Experienced support staff, Uplink etc costs money and time for providers, so beware and do a little self research on every host you find who gives you what you want in that price.

You can get 20TB SSD disk with 10Gbps port, Unmetered bandwidth under $5 yearly.
I would like to get few of this , I can raise my budget even $7 for this !!!

Not sure you are going to find that price. Price rang should be around 80 bucks a month if not more from a good provider
I am for similar deal, but with the following specifications:
Unlimited SSD cloud and IPv4 /8 space, node should come as minimum 1Tbps dedicated port + fully managed and maximum budget is $7 and no setup fee!
With your budget you can buy a datacenter.
I'm willing to do it for $65CAD by month
Your budget is not realistic at all. Even a SG-G2 or Kimsufi cost more than that with less resources.
