VPS for VPN purpose

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a vps to run my personal VPN.
Location must be Japan.
Bandwith: 50-100GB@100mbps / month.
RAM: 128MB or less.
Disk: as low as it possible.
I'll prepaid 1 year if its needed.
I have tried on i-83 but it always out of stock. And Anthony from inceptionhosting said he can't provide any service for me.
