Question about atop
I just picked up a NAT vps from one of our fine providers
I'm noticing my CPU% is very low, but my average is quite high (CPU ~10%, avg - up to 4.8!)
In troubleshooting I started using Atop... new to me...
CPU usage remains low (around 90% idle), RAM I'm using about 300MB of 1GB...
I ran atop to checkout it out and have unusually high SWIN and SWOUT (about 5000, 19000 respectively over 3 hours)...
Do the SWIN and SWOUT mean anything in particular? What other tests can I do to find out why my average is so high?

probably node load average is high, if swap/vswap goes high too then it's also running out of RAM
Disk or CPU abuse, speak to your provider as there's nothing you can do.
