as the title says: I am looking for servers that are being sold through an auction like https://robot.your-server.de/order/market/
Do we have a list of auctionsites?

I am afraid the answer is NO.
You would be able to see some low end deals though.
https://www.wholesaleinternet.net/dedicated/ is not an auction site, but it still offers similar prices and is in US
Hetzner is the only one. There are no similar auction sites in US.
