KVM with BGP session

Hey guys,
I am looking for a KVM VPS from a provider that can offer me a BGP session, to test some stuff out. Looking for a couple of locations in all countries and regions. Specs - 512MB RAM, 5GB disk, 50GB BW. Looking for machines that are as cheap as possible. No load will be caused, no traffic will be done and etc., just testing some anycast stuff.

Do you have your own IP ranges already? If not, you'll need at least a /24 to make any announcements. It's also possible to practice BGP announcements between two full layer 3 switches -- plenty of relatively cheap ones on eBay.
