aws
@Jun
what's the site link?
https://aws.amazon.com/ec2
If you're new to AWS you get to use a free Micro instance (~600MB RAM) for a year without needing to pay anything (unless you go over your free 15GB outwards bandwidth limit).
What exactly are your plans?
You need lots of IPs for just a very short time and very limited RAM... What are you trying to achieve here?

Pay by hours?
You need to go for a cloud VPS solution.
They charge per hour.

They require a minimum deposit, I believe.
@Freek
two different plans and two programs, thank you for your reply
lol "cloud"
back on topic
amazon's ec2 is a lot cheaper than most of leb/let offers when you pay for reserved instances.
the perfect solution is to use ec2 for your project and use a leb as a reverse proxy so you don't spend a shitton of money on aws's bandie

You can pay by the hour at IPXcore, with full pre-payment per month.
DigitalOcean
Either put in your credit card or pay $5 paypal credit.
Many cloud providers offers pay by hours, though a min amt. may apply(not sure).
DigitalOcean
Small EC2, 3-year prepay = $300 + $0.013/hour. 720 hours/month * 36 * $0.013 = 336.96
Total: $696.96 / 36 months = $19.36/month. And that's without any bandwidth.
How exactly does that work...bandwidth into your ec2 is free, but bandwidth out is not.

Additional Query:-
Does a cloud hosting really provides a better uptime, or its just a usual thing i.e. Depends upon the provider and their nework/lease line provider
the latter
@gubbyte Thanks
Also, sorry for slightly deviating the topic
Though I think this will definitely help:-
solarvm.com minimum $5 tho.
Any details about your tech/redundancy (compute, storage, network) ?

Never tried, though.
Umm...I think you guy's are forgetting the fact that when you sign up with Digital Ocean, you get a free VPS instance for X amount of time.
Yes, once you verify your account with a credit card or PayPal payment. And even at that, the trial is 3 hours.
@gubbyte at the time I signed up with Digital Ocean, I didn't have to verify by using anything.
Now they do.
