EU cPanel Reseller with shared IP

I already have a BuyShared account, but I'm looking for another EU (other than UK) cPanel reseller account preferably within the Schengen region.
Unlike BuyShared, I don't want a dedicated IP address. Instead, the reseller account (and its customers and neighbors) should all use a shared IP address.
Similar to BuyShared, the cPanel installation should allow for automatic creation and renewal of LetsEncrypt certificates.
It should also be mentioned that an EU-based company (with English-speaking support staff) would be preferred.
Budget is roughly $10 per month, but try to mention hosts closer to the LET guideline price of $5.

We have a reseller hosting server in Spain, EU. (UK is no longer a part of EU).
When people say EU I'd say they tend to refer to its physical location (the continent) rather than the collective group (which would exclude the likes of Switzerland) in which case yes UK is in 'Europe' and will be for the rest of the future but even if it were the EU as an organisation then we technically haven't left yet and haven't even announced we're leaving officially!
