Any live chat software recommendations?
I currently use Zopim, but I'm thinking about moving away from it. Been looking at ClickDesk and it looks OK but I want to open to more options.

Any reason you want to move away from Zopim?
www.livechatinc.com with the appsumo.com discount.
This product has dominated the market when they were free; no longer when they began to charge but it's still a great product.
Live Support Rhino?

I just fancy a change really. It can be buggy also (chat can randomly go away/offline).
Love the software, will look at the discount.
No.
Will look at it, thanks
No, its bad, cheap but very very bad.
Zopim has been great for us since we switched, ClickDesk is too expensive we found. Have you tried contacting them about the issues your having, they have always been nice to us, and really appreciate every customer.
Offerchat is free for life. Lime talk is pretty cheap as well. But, zopim has 2 unique feature, 1 is they have iOS app (used to as I know not sure about now) and 2, you can integrate with your im client.
I would go with LiveChatInc, works on iOS and a Mac app as well. Works great and does everything you need. I believe there's an app for Android as well, we pay full price however that promo @jhadley posted, might be something we switch to next month.
Kayako Fusion is the best. I really like it.
Last time I checked the discount wasn't active any more?
Nothing that says it's not..
Livezilla v3 is always been my favorite. The good old free days of livezilla.
StarDevelop's Live Chat
Plus if you use WHMCS, it integrates with it.
What are you looking at? It says Sold Out for me?
@DeanClinton we found it always dropped and then customers wouldn't see anything we wrote unless the chat was reinitialised.
Still there

We using LiveChat offered by WHMCS and works fine. It´s really cheap and you can use a iOS App for communication.
Mibew Messenger - http://mibew.org/
This actually looks very nice.
We've used it, works just fine.
Still have the old free version of livezilla. Hmu if you need a copy
Whatever you decide on, just make sure it doesn't freaking pop up multiple times while I'm vising your site. That annoys me enough to a point where I refuse to browse further. :-)
Most chat systems have an option on the administrator side to press a button and pop up on the customer side so you can chat with them.
Give LiveChat a try, I believe they still have 30 days free.
I hate that software with a PASSION! Absolute worst piece of software I have used.
Why? How?
Ever use it? Its a nightmare
We use PHPLive:

ClickDesk doesn't look to bad,
Its not heavily priced either, $20 a month with unlimited agents? Sounds alright...
