Unplug network cable, keyboard and everything except the power cable.
Next get out some silicone or some no nails and fill up those ports.
Next get out your soldering iron or some form of tool that is able to remove the ports.
Then ask your local Bob to borrow his laser cutter and mark out the parts of the motherboard where the ports were located and cut them off.
Back to the soldering iron as we need to remove the Ethernet controller.
