I am looking for a vps that does not have its ip blocked by netflix. Please send a pm or post if you can provide a vps at a resonable price.

Don't think it will work. I have several VPS servers in the US with different hosts, and using OpenVPN, but none work anymore. I think Netflix can see if you are using a proxy/vpn client.
We have VMs available in Asheville which are able to access Netflix USA. You can check our website or contact me for a custom deal.

Use Getflix, yes it cost more than a VPS but saves you all the trouble.
