I want to note that i couldn't buy directly from ovh because they don't include paypal as a payment method for my country

The server you mentioned it self costs more then $70 .
At the moment they have promo 50% off 1st month or 50% off first 3months . But after that it doubles up .
So not sure who going to buy the server more then $70 and sell you for less then $70.
Only one thing to tell you :
Maybe the OP is looking for a cheaper offer with similar specs but not from OVH?
