I'm a customer for over half a year and I can recommend this guys. There was an issue with the control panel right after the last promotion they made, which was very unfortunate and caused a downtime of a few days while they were migrating the accounts but the service has been immaculate ever since. I'm not looking for any additional service at this point but I'm definitely planning on renewing the service I have when the time comes.
Hello,
Thank You for your valuable feedback,
We are happy to hear from you including the bad point; this will help us making our service better,
Migration was necessary due bugs from Virtualizor panel probably it was our bad choice to go with Virtualizor.
Including the very long migration due some technical issues and slow servers deploy by DC. We hope to improve our service based on the experience we got during this time. We are collecting feedback at this moment to improve our service such with cloud module.
Thank you again for your feedback and have a nice day
@GalaxyHostPlus Every control panel (whether it is Solus, or Virtualizor) comes with it's pros, and it's cons.
I don't like Virtuallzor either, it's WAAY too buggy for production. They take months in comparison to Solus to fix critical vulnerabilities.
Anyway, GHP was straight up amazing when I was with them. The servers were snappy, and the pricing was (and still is) generous considering what you get. I'd definitely recommend them
