Don't providers get reminded here about a rule that says - discounts must be recurring.
I am new at LET but I've read the rules carefully and could not find anything that say what you state, maybe I missed something, would you please point or post the part of the offer rules that say it.

From what I know, he can keep his non-recurring promo code until VPS don't exceed $7 monthly without promo. In other words: his offer doesn't exceed $7 monthly, so you can take this promo code as a nice addon to it.
