Hi, we are in the Voxility data center in Washington and Frankfurt. The prices are not cheap but you get a very good service from them. You can find our current offers here https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/87509/safehouse-cloud-sale-ssd-kvm-washington-frankfurt-and-la-incl-ddos-protection#latest if you are searching for a VPS at the moment.
Dedistation isn't inside Voxility either, they're in bandwidth.co.uk which have a tunnel.
Francisco
Direct voxility isn't going to happen at LET yearly prices, there was a provider on LET in their Frankfurt datacenter but can't find the name.
We use the Frankfurt and Washington DC. I think our prices are also fair
Is there something different in the way you are linked to voxility @linuxthefish and @francisco? I dont really know networking but is this the same thing? Bgp session? Gre?
I know I had a quote for just the rack in Voxility to be like $4k/month on the east coast, not counting filtering.
Francisco
Personally we pull a GRE from Voxility and in 2 of our 3 locations this adds no latency due to pathing. NJ picks up around 6ms or so additional latency.
Francisco
My frankfurt vm has been solid after 2months network monitoring.
I encourage OP to give them a spin.
Out of the sudden Voxility DCs are premium in any way ? At least in London they simply have racks at other Datacentres, just priced not so competitively.
The ddos protection is free only if I order via the LET link? Otherwise it is 3$ month ?
Hi,
we also offer 800 GBit/s Voxility DDoS Protection in Frankfurt datacenter. Available for +2€/month on all of our VPS.

If you have any questions, just let me know :-)
I don't recall the exact cost but I asked for some quotes once and my wallet ripped a hole in my pocket and it's been lost ever since. Not to mention it's hard enough to get on their site since every browser/antivirus blocks their website or whole network lol.
Yes if you need something different just send me a PM and I can work it out for you.
Last time Voxility gave me a quote it was a couple hundred /month - I asked them if they had anything in the $7.00/month range.
It seems you may need to update your antivirus, a decade old one wont help you much.
...and cracking an antivirus software or using a keygen wouldn't help either.
"Get 500 Gbps anti-DDoS protection through an IP line from Voxility with all incoming traffic free-of-charge, regardless of volume. Use this line to send traffic for free for up to 36 hours per month (95/5 rule)."
Are you sure you offer 800Gbit/s and this is not only some type of shady marketing? ;-)
No shady marketing :-)
We asked Voxility (before a few weeks already) if 500 GBit/s or 800 GBit/s is correct as we found some other providers advertising with 800 GBit/s. Got response that 800 GBit/s is correct and their website is simply not up-to-date (for all locations?).
If you have other info, just let us know so we get back to them again and update our website of course if 800 GBit/s is not correct.
Current edge capacity advertised is 940Gbps. Total lit capacity likely in excess of 2-3Tbps
Last 36 hrs of traffic
On the point regarding datacenters, most locations are carrier hotels, typically Equinix (in the case of WAS, LAX, FRA for example) which in itself incurs a premium, it's prime datacenter real-estate.
Power and space availability at these locations is often limited, not the most ideal colo for a couple of power-hungry VM nodes. The facilities are great for interconnection though and the prices advertised are quite competitive, taking into account the above.
Cool, but that doesnt mean anything. The infrastructure needs to be able to handle attacks with 940Gbit/s
Edge Capacity, not Filter Capacity!
What would be a realistic filter capacity with an edge capacity in that claimed range?
Depends on how much filters they have deployed. You could have hundreds of gigabit uplink capacity but only a part of them could be filter capacity.
Yes, of course, you could handle much attacks in router acls.
If the graph above is correct and their normal traffic is around 600-700G, we're talking less than 350Gbps at best. That's assuming they have enough scrubbers and that they can route it evenly on them, and that there is no other attack at the time.
I use Malwarebytes', best thing ever, even though I don't even need it.
Honestly, you are probably better off not using a rack with Voxility in some locations.
Due to their extremely volumous protection and equally volumous attacks, some PoPs networks isnt as stable as more mainstream locations.
When setup with BGP correctly, you can get a failover to a non-protected setup in case of failure buying you redundancy with a tunnel.
