Cheap Linux VPS
Nothing matters much about the specs, this will be used to host a small site and run test projects on. Would like at least 1GB of RAM, (512mb could work). The other specs don't really matter, other than at least 100GB of bandwidth (more = better!). Looking to pay quarterly to a year. Budget is around $7 - 10.

There are plenty of options. Can you specify location, virtualization, maybe disk type to narrow it down a bit?
