Terminals everywhere, how do you deal with?

  • I'm also using tiling windowmanager (i3wm.org in my case) with 3 24" LCD screens and also urxvt+tmux (terminal and gnu screen replacement). All working with keyboard commands, so no mouse needed and fast working.

    Yep, just click into it. Alternatively you can temporarily disable control of certain terminals.

    I just run different groups of servers in separate virtual desktops so it's easy to switch between a bunch of Xen nodes to OpenVZ nodes and so on.
