toumi111 is a scammer! I paid him hundreds dollars to buy Gapps accounts, but all of them was disabled! He said that he will replace disabled accounts with new ones or refund, but after 1 month and many messages, he never replace or refund, never reply my emails.
Stay away from this scammer if you don't want to waste your time and money!

Yeah, an offer to buy a Google Apps account.
No, it's for VPS/hosting offer threads, it's not for individuals buying and selling shit to each other.
Unless I'm missing something, the rules don't specifically state that. A lot of "individuals" run a business selling services that aren't VPSs.
