Shared Hosting Reseller

I'm looking for the following:

cPanel/WHM
20GB DISK (Prefer SSD), 1000GB BW, Dedicated IP and Unlimited everything else.
Must have (CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, PHP5+PHP7 and LetsEncrypt plugin).

Budget : $10 monthly.

    Since you're not really clear on your budget requirement being monthly or annual, I have gotta ask what's wrong with @Francisco http://buyshared.net/shared-cpanel-hosting/ ?

    Specs that you want cost about 15 bucks a year.

    Nothing wrong with them, besides that one time I tried to buy a hosting from them and my account got banned for fake info (that's on me though), if they have what I want I'll definitely give them another try, and make sure to write my full address this time!

    Just bought the smallest reseller plan from buyshared.
    I no longer need this.
