edited June 2016 in Requests

Just curious what the cheapest KVM plans are. I'm trying to setup new dn42 nodes.

Looking for 256MB+ plans with 5GB of HDD.

  • We currently have a summer sale in LA. You get a 256 MB RAM KVM for 1,25 USD per month. https://safehousecloud.com/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=36

That's slightly misleading since its annual billing.

Virmach 128MB KVM with WHT25 code is $7.5/y. Is it cheap enough?

Apparently they're having a sale relatively soon, so I'll probably hold out for something with more resources from Virmach for now.

VirMach usually has some really good specials to pick from. Just wait for them to add stock and post an offer here.

I personally got rid of all my NAT VPS after I bought a bunch of $3/y 128MB OVZ VPS with dedicated IPv4 addresses when they launched their services in Frankfurt. They seem to work really well with occasional network related downtime every once in a while, which isn't unexpected for a $3/y service.

OTOH, my KVM specials have been solid. No downtime since I bought them a few months back.

You can easily get it from us at $1.5/Month OR $9/Year.

I believe VMWare provides the same full virtualization as KVM, so https://www.arubacloud.com/ comes to mind with their 1 EUR/mo plan.

To be fair, it's 3 lines with a full desktop browser. Your pad needs even higher res XD

Could change the pixel density, but nah :P It looks crisp and nice at 1536*2048px resolution :)

Why would I choose a $20/mnth host from an unknown brand with a poor reputation and dubious management services that when used, always makes me feel like the owners are Russian cybercriminals out to steal mySQL dumps, when I could easily go to something like DigitalOcean for $5?

TinyKVM.com is a great deal and meets your requirements. It's $15/year. Only 200GB bandwidth/month, though. You actually get a ramhost VPS at a lower rate. My VPS with TinyKVM is still at 100% uptime, going strong.

  • Hostigation recently added a 256MB plan for 12.50 per year, @mitgib any plans on adding new stock?

+1 for TinyKVM.com. I have been using LA VPS and the performance is great.
