He.net KVM needed

Just want to get a personal image hosting.

KVM.

He.net routing to Chinatelecom(180.97.237.1)/Chinaunicom(103.245.81.193).

256 ram at least.

10G disk space.Fully SSD would be really nice. I mean the IO couldn't be too low due to oversale anyway.

Budget:$10~$15/year

    It's very hard to find a single-homed VPS base on Hurricane Electric DC within your budget ,I know Linode Fremont, (Just heard from others,don't blame me if I am wrong)

    Other DC such as ColoCrossing/Quadranet/psychz always have multiple uplink carriers like Telia/GTT /XO communication/Cogent , the routing changes over time.

    https://www.ehvps.com/ sells KVM on HE single homed network (and using their IP space too actually) but not in your 10-15/yr budget, more like ~$10/mo

    I know wholesaleinternet.com is he.net single-homed but they don't offer vps.So I just want to know if there is another one.Thank you for your experience~
