I'm looking for a kvm vps. My budget is $10-$15 per month or I could pay quarterly if that helps with the price. Here's what I need:
- 6GB-8GB ram
- 32+ SSD
- 1TB+ bandwidth
- KVM or Xen

Now i dont have any idea what virtualization they use, but if Location and stuff is ok then Scaleway has that, Or even a 'baremetal' server within the price limit

Er, $15/month? The best I can think of is one of those dedicated server specials (e.g Kimsufi and WholeSaleInternet) but apart from that, you won't find 32GB of pure SSD space and 6-8GB of RAM for that price especially on a KVM VPS.
Why not? @Francisco had an offer for 2GB of RAM for $7/mo. Ask him if he can give 6GBs for the budget.

I'm not a provider. But Probably, $20-$25 would be more realistic budget for this plan.

Thank you for the recommendation but no. Our new plans and new nodes are sold the way they are to give everyone as close to dedicated resources as we can. This means each node is purpose built so there isn't random chunks of 4GB RAM that I can dig out to sell to someone on the cheap.
If the user wants completely dedicated performance it'll run them $30.00/month for an 8GB chunk with 3.5Ghz cores. I think it's well worth the price.
