  up to now, my nodequery told me that gigavest's SG vps has very high uptime, 99.99% for past month!

  IO could be as low as 1M and even apt-get update could cost you many many minutes.

  I am getting low speeds in speedtest-cli and downloading a file from my server at Online.net in France. I tested same file in digitalocean singapore vps, it can get 10-15 Mbyte/sec without problem. I get 300-450 kb/sec with you.
