Cheap Windows VPS (low usage) based US

drserver Windows VPS is good, i also have ~ 5 VPS with them. But i want to find another provider because i dont want to put all eggs in one basket.

Requirements:
2 CPU,
Ram 1GB,
HDD 30GB
BW 500GB
US geo IP
Budget: 5.5 $/month

    That's nice but not what i'm looking for.
    I just need 1 GB Ram and 2 core CPU because i just use it to surf web only.

    @sonic may I ask what exactly is your "surfing the web only"? it isn't TE(Traffic Exchange) is it? please be upfront with us so we can suggest appropriate offers for what you want.
