Monthly/Semi/Quarterly VPS, low specs, 2-3 IPv4?
I'm looking for a VPS with low RAM, etc etc for about $.01-$1/month, paid monthly, semi-annually, or quarterly.
The provider of the VPS must have cheap-ish IP addresses, maximum $1/month/IP, also paid **monthly, semi-annually, or quarterly **. I need the IP addresses for 1) SSL purposes (to support clients that don't support SNI), and 2) reverse proxying (sort of like a personal CloudFlare). If DDoS protection is available, that would be nice, but it's not important.

Oh yeah, and Min Specs if needed:
-Disk: at least 5GB
-CPU: Don't care
-Bandwidth: 1TB+?
-IP addresses: 1 IPv4 included, add'l addresses purchaseable for a low price, and a couple IPv6's if possible.
-Virtualization: OpenVZ (don't need full virtualization)
-Price is already mentioned

Windows 98? Seriously, I wonder when have you last looked into which clients don't support SNI and what's their proportion.
As for in general, https://www.arubacloud.com/ comes to mind, 1 EUR per month for a VPS, and forget about buying IPs, just buy more of the 1 EUR VPSes (which come with 1 IPv4 each) when you need them.
You can't get a 64mb VPS for $1/month? I said the IP addresses are NOT included in the budget.
My parents use IE6 on XP w/o SNI support...and I know plenty of others who are the same.
ArubaCloud is nice, maybe (?) I'll use them?
@karatekidmonkey Most companies don't sell those low spec servers per month but per year, virtwire comes in mind when talking budget servers..
